Throughout these Terms & Conditions ”you” is referring to yourself, the customer. “We, us and our” is referring to ourselves, Refresh Garden Maintenance.
Before contacting Refresh Garden Maintenance, or using any of our services, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions you must refrain from contacting Refresh Garden Maintenance, using this website or Refresh Garden Maintenances social media pages and services.

Refresh Garden Maintenance cannot be held accountable for disagreements arising when these Terms & Conditions have not been read or adhered to. We shall accept no liability under these circumstances.
We accept cash payment only (card payments will be accepted shortly and Paypal transactions also). Payment must be made on the day our services are carried out, unless arranged otherwise.
Late and non payment can result in immediate cancellation of our services. Non payment can result in a additional late payment fee of 3% per day, even after any judgments.
On the day and time agreed via telephone conversation, in person, E-mail, Facebook, Twitter, SMS and Facebook messenger, we shall carry out the services to your property as discussed. By contacting us via these methods you are entering a written or verbal contractual agreement with Refresh Garden Maintenance, for our services to be carried out on your residence or commercial property.
If you have entered into an agreement with us for regular weekly/fortnightly maintenance services, Refresh Garden Maintenance will carry these services out on the days and times as initially agreed - unless otherwise stated.
All cancellations of our services must be made in writing via our cancellation E-mail address (email@example.com), 48 hours prior to work commencing. Should you not adhere to these terms & conditions we reserve the right to charge the full amount of agreed services upon cancellation.
It is your responsibility to ensure the working conditions are safe and any hazards are removed prior to our arrival. Hazards such as (but not limited to), animal faeces, dogs/garden dwelling pets and sharp objects/junk.
Refresh Garden Maintenance reserves the right to leave a premises without completing the contracted services, should a hazard be identified. The customer may be charged a visitation fee for evident hazards upon attending the premises for servicing.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure Refresh Garden Maintenance can access the proposed site for maintenance. Should we not be able to gain access on the day, you shall be charged a visitation fee.
